Class Structure

Three tracks. One curriculum.

Every adult class fits into one of three tracks. Start in Fundamentals, move into All Levels when you’re ready, and add specialty sessions as you progress.

Fundamentals

Built for total beginners and anyone wanting to sharpen the basics. We teach a position of the week with progressively layered detail — guard, mount, side control, takedowns, escapes, submissions. By the end of your first month you'll have a working vocabulary of the no-gi system.

All Levels Jiu-Jitsu

Where the team trains. Live drilling, full-speed positional rounds, the modern 10P system applied at intensity. Open to anyone with a foundation — graduates of Fundamentals or experienced grapplers from another school are equally welcome.

Intermediate · Positional · 10 Round Thursday

Specialty classes for committed students. Intermediate (Tue/Thu) deepens your competition-level skill. Positional Skill Building (Tue) drills high-percentage positions in detail. 10 Round Thursday is exactly what it sounds like — ten rounds, no excuses.
